Sir George Robinson the son made will 13 April 1833 and appointed as executors Charles Hoare esquire and Robert Willis Blencowe. Codicil 26 July 1833 revoked appointment of Charles Hoare as executor and substituted Sir George Stamp Robinson jointly with said Robert Willis Blencowe. Sir George Robinson the son died 23 November 1833 will and codicil proved by executors in Prerogative Court of Canterbury 4 March 1834 Whereas: search has been made in the Prerogative Court of Canterbury, in the Diocesan Court of the Bishop of Lichfield and Archdeaconry Court of Bedford for probate of will of Laurence Cotham without success and proof is consequently wanting that premises assigned by Elizabeth Cotham and Richard Parkinson as executives of the will of Laurence Cotham to Sir John Robinson by said Deed Poll 12 May 1741 and the 2nd, 3rd, 4th and 5th recited Indentures of 12 May 1741 actually became vested in said Sir John Robinson Recites: RH9/95 (administration of Laurence Cotham granted to Wilmer Wilmer) Whereas: Gray Arnald made will 20 September 1721, appointed Thurlo Brace executive; Gray Arnald died February 1723. Thurlo Brace renounced executorship; Administration with will annexed granted to Francis Brace esquire by Prerogative Court of Canterbury 23 February 1723. Francis Brace is dead Recites: RH9/94 Whereas: it is thought probable that the residues of the said terms of 500 years and 1,000 years assigned to Laurence Cotham by recited Deed Poll 14 June 1733 and residue of term of 1,000 years assigned to Gray Arnald by said Indenture 23 June 1714 were assigned to the said Sir John Robinson upon the respective purchases by the said John Earl of Upper Ossory the father, of the fee simple and inheritance of the premises, although no instruments assigning the residue of the same terms or any of them can be found NOW: i) ii) and iii) assign at request of iv) and nomination of v) to vi) - premises comprised in aforesaid recited Indentures for residue of several terms of 200; 200; 1,000; 500; 2,000; 1,000; 500; 1,000; 500; 1,000; 500, 1,000, 500; 1,000 years in trust for v) to attend the inheritance signed: i) ii) and iii) Witnesses: Edmund Francis Laws architect, Northampton Henry James Grant, Dawlish John Chambers, Tibshelf, Derbyshire
