Recites: RH5/13-14. /18-19 whereas: i) is endebted to John Beaumont in £9,000 with interest at 4% per annum by Bond 16 November 1819 now: i) conveys to ii) - advowson of Brinkworth in Wiltshire - lands in Ampthill and Houghton Conquest as in schedule annexed to hold (subject to Bedfordshire hereditaments to charge of £5,000 created by will of John Earl of Upper Ossory and said mortgage debt of £12,000) to ii) on trusts for sale and securing payment of said £9,000 due to John Beaumont Schedule: Brickhill Pastures Farm in Ampthill and Houghton Conquest in occupation Edward Shouler Conquestbury Farm in Houghton Conquest in occupation Henry Franklin (gives field names, state of cultivation and quantity) Endorsed: we certify that the original Indentures engrossed from this draft cannot be found.
