    i) Benjamin Currey of Old Palace Yard, Westminster esquire ii) Right Honourable Elizabeth Vassall Lady Holland widow and relict of Henry Richard Vassall Lord Holland deceased Right Honourable Henry Edward Lord Holland Charles Richard Fox esquire, a Colonel in her Majesty’s Army iii) Right Honourable George William Frederick Howard commonly called Viscount Morpeth Frederick Dawes Danvers of the Office of the Duchy of Lancaster esquire iv) Most Noble Duke of Bedford v) Thomas Wing of Grays Inn, Middlesex gentleman whereas: Henry Richard Vassall Lord Holland was at death seised of below mentioned premises free of incumbrances except; - sums secured on mortgage paid off since his death - sums secured on mortgage transferred to Duke of Bedford since Lord Holland’s death - 2 annuities of £10 and £40 charged on the Ossory Arms Inn and The Chequers Public House with 3 closes belonging 8 acres 27 perches by RH5/23 - other annual payments specified in schedule below - power given by will of Lord Holland to Charles Richard Fox to charge certain parts of the premises with £5,000 which power has never been exercised Recites: will, codicil and death of Henry Richard Vassall Lord Holland [see RH8/1-2] RH9/43-47, RH9/10 Now: Consideration: £133,000 paid as below mentioned £12,000 paid iv) on his mortgage in exercise of the power given by said will of Henry Richard Vassall Lord Holland Henry Edward Lord Holland appoints that such part of the premises hereinafter mentioned as were by the said will made subject to power of appointment shall remain in uses hereinafter declared further: in exercise of the power given by the codicil aforesaid Charles Richard Fox appoints that part of the premises as were by said codicil made subject to appointment shall remain to uses hereinafter declared Consideration: £133,000 paid to ii) by iv) £12,000 due to iv) on his mortgage i) and iii) at request of ii) convey to iv)
