Recites: Bond 16 November 1829
iii) to John Beaumont of Barrow on Trent in Derbyshire in £18,000 for repayment of £9,000 which £9,000 advanced by Beaumont was not his own money but arose from estate of Sir Thomas Windsor Hunloke and was advanced by John Beaumont and Henry Vincent Eyre esquire the other trustee of the will
whereas: in 1830 and 1833 iii) paid off total of £5,000 whereby £4,000 remains unpaid
John Beaumont died March 1834 leaving Vincent Henry Eyre his co-trustee surviving; i) is sole administratrix of his estate by Administration granted in Consistory Court of Bishop of Lichfield and Coventry 8 September last
whereas: ii) attained 21 on 29 September 1833 and became entitled to funds from father’s estate (subject to charges which have been satisfied) by Indenture 19 February 1835 between ii) and Vincent Henry Eyre, Eyre asSigned said funds to ii)
now: Consideration: £4,000 paid to ii) by iv) with consent of i) and iii), i) by direction of ii) asSigned to iv)
