    -all freehold premises in Northamptonshire to Most Noble Henry Marquis of Lansdowne and Right Honourable Henry Richard Earl of Warwick to use of Reverend William Robinson of Grafton, Northamptonshire, Henry Roebeck junior late of Piccadilly, Middlesex esquire, Stephen Moore of Sloane Street, gentleman for term of 500 years to use of daughters Ann and Gertrude Fitzpatrick and after their deaths to uses as daughter Mary otherwise Emma Wilson shall appoint remainder to reputed son John Wilson now residing with his mother Mrs Elizabeth Wilson remainder to reputed son Richard Wilson now residing with his mother Mrs Elizabeth Wilson -£500 annuity Irish currency to John Wilson until he attains 21, then £1,000 per annum for life or until he comes into possession of estate by this will -as above to Richard Wilson -£12,000 to Richard Wilson -£600 per annum to said Elizabeth Wilson the mother -£300 per annum to niece Caroline Fox -£200 per annum to sister Elizabeth Vernon -£500 to survivor of Ann and Gertrude -all Bedfordshire premises to nephew Henry Richard Vassall Lord Holland subject to power for Charles Richard Fox, son of said nephew to charge premises with payment of £5,000 -leasehold dwelling house in Grosvenor Place, Middlesex and all household goods therein to daughters Ann and Gertrude -John and Richard Wilson to assume name and arms of Fitzpatrick on succeeding to Irish premises Executors: said 2 daughters, William Robinson, Henry Roebeck, Stephen Moore Witnesses: Benjamin Fore, Thomas H Rush, John Fouissaint 15 Jul 1817 Codicil -personal property, except as otherwise specified, to daughters Ann and Gertrude, residuary legatees -£100 to Bedford, Northampton and Marlborough Infirmaries -£300 plus £60 annuity to servant Charles Bumstead charged on Irish estates -year's wages in English currency to all domestic servants with servants at his death to Lord Holland all the useful furniture at Ampthill Park to enable him to inhabit it without much expense but all the ornamental furniture, except the fixed mirrors, to residuary legatees -all diamonds and jewels to daughters Ann and Gertrude -to Lord Lansdowne the book of the Marlborough Gems -to Lord Warwick, hereditary governship of the British Institution and the three pictures of Laura Dairmont and Coxcomb -£500 to godson the son [? of the] Duke and Duchess of Bedford as a mark of regard and affection -£100 each to the Reverend Philip Hunt, George Cardale and James Reed may have repeated same legacies in different papers, only to be payable once; as bulk of personal property in money will be in Ireland, legacies bequeathed in money must be in Irish currency except where otherwise stated Probate: by Right Honourable Ann Fitzpatrick commonly called Lady Ann Fitzpatrick, spinster, Right Honourable Gertrude Fitzpatrick commonly called Lady Gertrude Fitzpatrick, Right Honourable Henry Richard Vassal Lord Holland, Reverend William Villiers ( William Robinson clerk in will) Henry Roebeck junior esquire, Stephen Moore esquire 16 May 1818
