    Consideration: £390 -the Frith alias Crouches Close 10 acres -Hill Close 26 acres -Seare Close 6 acres -the Twelve Acres Close 12 acres -Hoghill Close 25 acres then in occupation of (i) and Joseph Crokett for 1,000 years at peppercorn rent repayment: £409..10 Recites: Indenture of Assignment 1 December last [1713] i. as (ii) above ii. as ii) above iii. as i) above said premises assigned by i. to iii. for securing £500 + interest Recites: further loan of £100 to ii) by i) on Mortgage in Fee of other lands in Houghton Conquest and has agreed to lend ii) £400 more to make up the said £500 and £100 to £1,000. Mary Peele, widow of Town of Bedford has also agreed to lend ii) £300, which sums are agreed to be secured to i) and Mary Peele by mortgage in fee to be made of aforesaid premises and all other lands of said Benedict Conquest Now: i) with consent of ii) assigns to iii) -all estate in aforesaid premises for remainder of term of 1,000 years in trust for Peele and Tuffnail Signatures: i) and ii) Witnesses: William Goodhall, William Turner
