    - mansion house at Ampthill, devised by will after death of testator and wife to Charles Richard Fox free from incumbrances, now to be charged as below - premises in Berkshire comprised in marriage settlement of said Charles Richard Fox to used as said Charles shall appoint - has in view exchange of Berkshire premises in said Charles’ settlement for part of estates in Bedfordshire which son Henry will take under said will so that all property settled on Charles may be in one county - charges Bedfordshire estates with £2,000 payable after death of survivor of self and wife to trustees named in will in trust for grandchildren, the children of daughter Lady Lilford, interest to be paid to their mother until they reach 21. Half of said sum to be charged on Bedfordshire estates comprised in term of 1,000 years created by said will and not included in same term - revokes pecuniary legacies to Gigi Amadei, William Long and William Doggett called Elgar and substitutes annuities: to Gigi Amadei, William Long and Harold brother of William Doggett £30 p.a.; in case of death annuity to be divided amongst survivors but last survivor to receive only £70 p.a. to William Doggett £25 p.a. (has already secured annuity to his deed [see RH5/23]) said annuities to be payable out of estates at Bishopstone, Wiltshire Witnesses: Linel Hill Thompson, William Atkinson Green, clerks in the Parliament Office, House of Lords Endorsed: Wing and Twining for the Duke of Bedford; Currey and Wilmer for the Vendors
