    Recites: RO2/45, /49, /56 Whereas: said terms of 200 years, 200 years and 1,000 years became vested in Richard Denbigh late of Ridgmont, gentleman who afterwards purchased the fee simple and inheritance of the premises comprised in the above recited Indentures said Richard Denbigh by will constituted his grandson John Denbigh sole executor who proved the will in Prerogative Court of Canterbury and is since himself dead having appointed son John Denbigh party to presents sole executor; on death of Richard Denbigh, Edwin Denbigh, one of his sons, became seised of said premises and by will 26 March 1719 bequeathed to i) -manor of Reddings otherwise Howend and all lands in Houghton Conquest and Millbrook in trust to sell the same iii) has contracted with i) for the purchase of the same Now: i) at nomination of iii) assign to iv) -messuage in Howend -Calves Close, 13 acres in Howend adjoining the messuage -close of pasture, 17 acres parcel of Westley alias Westey -close of pasture in Howend, 28 acres and all other premises granted by above recited Indentures Signatures: all but iv) Witnesses: James Backhouse, Mathew Duane, Robert Parker
