Whereas: Charles Cutts is dead; i) is entitled to several principal sums of £500, £100, £60, £60
ii) owes i) for principal, interest and costs £1,075
Now: consideration: £1,075 paid to i) by iii) at direction of ii)
i) assigns premises to iii) for remainder of term of 500 years
further; consideration: £325 paid to ii) by iii)
ii) assigns premises to iii) for residue of term of 500 years
further: to secure the payment of the two sums, together £1,400
