    i) Wilmer Wilmer of Old Palace Yard, Westminster esquire, administrator of goods of Henry Barker late of Chiswick, Middlesex, esquire deceased ii) ) Right Honourable Elizabeth Dowager Lady Holland, widow of Henry Richard Vassall Lord Holland deceased, Henry Edward Lord Holland, Charles Richard Fox, a Colonel in her Majesty’s Army iii) Most Noble Francis Duke of Bedford iv) Thomas Wing of Grays Inn, Middlesex gentleman Recites: RO1/77, /112, RO31/1, /3-4, /7, /16 RH5/14, /19; RH8/1-2; RH9/45, RH9/59 Whereas: Henry Barker made will 2 January 1745; executors Right Honourable William Earl of Coventry and Thomas Coventry esquire; Barker died 1746; will proved by executors in Prerogative Court of Canterbury February 1746; William Earl of Coventry died March 1751; Thomas Coventry made will 10 January 1797 and appointed Thomas Reade esquire and Peter Peirson esquire executors; Thomas Coventry died August 1797; will proved by executors in Prerogative Court of Canterbury 8 August 1797; John Reade died 1804; Peter Peirson made will 18 July 1804 appointed Susannah Peirson executrix and by codicil appointed Elizabeth Capper executrix. Peter Peirson died December 1808; will proved by Susannah Peirson in Prerogative Court of Canterbury 7 January 1809 said Susannah died 1810 and Elizabeth Capper died 1816.
