- Scope and Contenti) Robert Harper of New Lodge near Burton on Trent, Staffordshire esquire ii) William Currey of Old Palace Yard, Westminster esquire iii) Frederick Currey of the same esquire iv) Right Honourable Elizabeth Vassall Dowager Lady Holland,widow and relict of Right Honourable Henry Richard Vassall Lord Holland deceased Right Honourable Henry Edward Lord Holland Charles Richard Fox esquire, a colonel in Her Majesty’s Army v) Most Noble Francis Duke of Bedford vi) Thomas Wing of Grays Inn, Middlesex gentleman vii) Aldred Twining of Grays Inn gentleman Recites: RO27/2-3, /18-21 Ampthill Enclosure Award 1808; Houghton Conquest award 1809 RO31/16 (will of Earl of Ossory) RH5/2; /7 RH8/1 (will of Lord Holland) RH9/42-44 RH9/5 (Conveyance to Duke of Bedford) Whereas: it has been discovered that Robert John Harper had not at the time of the execution by him of Indenture 21 January 1804 (RO27/19) obtained Administration of goods of Robert Harper but on 9 March 1804 Administration of goods of Robert Harper unadministered by Samuel Harper to whom Administration had previously been granted but who had died, was granted to said Robert John Harper by Prerogative Court of Canterbury NOW: i) at request of iv) assigns, and ii) also assigns, to vi) - such part of aforesaid premises as are comprised in the term of 1,000 years created by said Indenture of 7 February 1728 ( RO27/2) on trusts as declared below further: iii) at request of iv) assigns to vii) - interest and term of years in said premises for residue of term of 500 years therein on trusts as below on trust that vi) and vii) shall hold said premises for 2 said several terms in trust for v) and to attend the inheritance signed: i) ii) Witnesses: F M Harper of New Lodge, Needwood, William Gorton of the City of Lichfield, George Noble of 6, Old Palace Yard, Westminster, William S Currey, clerk to Messrs Wing and Twining, 1, Grays Inn Square
