    i) Anna Nevins of Waterford, Ireland, widow, sole acting executrix of will of Anna Wakefield late of the same, widow, who was sole executrix of will of Joseph Wakefield late of the same, merchant deceased ii) Sir Love Parry Jones Parry of Carnarvon, knight, a major general in her Majesty’s Army iii)Right Honourable Elizabeth Vassall Dowager Lady Holland, widow and relict of Right Honourable Henry Richard Vassall Lord Holland, Right Honourable Henry Edward Lord Holland iv) Most Noble Francis Duke of Bedford v) Thomas Wing of Grays Inn, Middlesex Recites: RO28/3, 15, 22, 23, 26 RH9/99 RO31/16 RH8/1-2 RH9/59 Whereas: £625 in said Indenture 27 January 1812 (RH9/99) to be paid to Richard Edwards the grandson and Richard Dickinson was not in fact paid but the interest thereon was duly paid from the date of said Indenture until the sum was paid. Recites: Indenture 31 August 1805 i) John Browning Edwards ii) Rice Thomas esquire and wife Margaret iii) Anne Thomas spinster iv) Richard Edwards the grandson, Richard Dickinson, Sir Love Parry Jones Parry (then esquire), Pierce Thomas esquire being marriage settlement of i) and iii) said £625 assigned to iv) on trusts still subsisting whereas: ii) has survived his cotrustees and the sum has been paid to him by Richard Lloyd Edwards the son of Richard Edwards the grandson, and same has been duly invested Joseph Wakefield died 8 April 1821, will dated 29 September 1818 appointed wife Anna executrix, who proved will and codicil in Prerogative Court of Canterbury; said Anna died 9 July 1839 and by will dated 24 August 1836 appointed i) and Joshua William Strangman her executors, and the latter having renounced, Anna proved the same in Prerogative Court of Canterbury now: i) by direction of iii) and with approbation of ii) and on appointment of iv) assigns to v) - said moiety of premises comprised in term of 600 years mentioned in RO28/3 to hold for residue of term of 600 years in trust for iv) to attend the inheritance signed: i) ii) Witnesses:E Davis, Stoke near Tenbury H Vickerage, servant at Madrya Mary Ann Kearney, servant at Waterford W M Tandy
