- Scope and Contenti) Samuel Forster of Lincoln’s Inn, Middlesex esquire ii) George Frere of the same, esquire iii) Henry Ralph Willett late of Broom Hall, Kent but now of Merly House, Dorset esquire, said Samuel Forster iv) Right Honourable Elizabeth Vassall Lady Holland widow of Henry Richard Vassall Lord Holland, Right Honourable Henry Edward Lord Holland v) Benjamin Currey of Old Palace Yard, City of Westminster esquire vi) William Currey of the same esquire vii) Frederick Currey of the same esquire recites: RO27/18-19; RO31/16; RH5/1-2, /6-7 whereas: William Martin Forster died August 1831, by will appointed wife Jane executrix, but as she did not survive him, administration was granted to Samuel Forster 21 December 1831 recites: RH8 whereas: iv) are about to discharge mortgage debts on Bedfordshire estate and convey the same to v) on trusts NOW: ii) by direction of iii) and nomination of iv) and privity of v) assign to vi) - all premises assigned to George Frere by RH5/7 to hold for residue of term of 1,000 years. created by RO27/2 on trusts hereinafter declared further: i) assigns to vii) - premises assigned to Martin Forster by RH5/7 to hold for residue of term of 500 years as created by RO27/3 on trusts. vi) and vii) to hold said terms in trust for iii) until payment of mortgage debt of £10,000 and interest and then after reconveyance of premises in trust to attend the inheritance. signed: i) ii) iii) Witness: Henry Goodford, Lincoln’s Inn
