    i) Reverend Joseph Aldrich Cotton of Ellesmere, Shropshire, clerk, Robert Aglionby Slaney of Walford Manor, Shropshire esquire ii) Thomas Plowden Presland of Costford Grange, Shropshire esquire iii) Right Honourable Elizabeth Vassall Lady Holland widow and relict of Henry Richard Vassall Lord Holland, Right Honourable Henry Edward Lord Holland, Charles Richard Fox esquire, a Colonel in her Majesty’s Army iv) Benjamin Currey of Old Palace Yard in the City of Westminster, esquire v) Frederick Currey of the same recites: RO27/18-19 Enclosure of Houghton Conquest 1809 RO31/16 RH5/1-2 RH5/6-7 whereas: premises comprised in RO27/18-19 having been conveyed by RH5/1-2 and RH5/6-7 by reference of the description contained in RO27/18-19, RH5/1-2 and /6-7 did not affect the parcels of land allotted to John Earl of Upper Ossory at the Enclosure in which case the said parcels remained vested in Joseph Mucklestone by virtue of RO27/18-19 after the execution of RH5/1-2 (subject to said RH5/1-2 and the sum of £10,000 and interest thereby secured) in trust for Lord Holland recites: will of Joseph Mucklestone dated 31 March 1824 devised to Joseph Aldrich Cotton, Joseph Ptcroft, Thomas Avery and Robert Aglionby Slaney all premises vested in him on trusts; Mucklestone made 5 codicils to his will but it did not affect the above bequest, died 11 November 1830; will proved Prerogative Court of Canterbury 18 December 1830. whereas: Joseph Pycroft died 9 June 1831 and Thomas Avery died in 1835 leaving i) their cotrustees surviving recites: RH8; RH9/43 now: i) at request of iii) convey to iv) - allotments made to Earl of Upper Ossory at the Enclosure of Houghton Conquest in respect of premises in RO27/18-19 and which have not since been sold by the Earl of Upper Ossory to hold to iv) in trust for the persons entitled thereto under the will of Henry Richard Vassall Lord Holland whereas: premises conveyed by RO27/19 were subject to term of 500 years created by RO27/3 which term became vested in Plowden Presland in trust for Joseph Mucklestone premises comprised in said term of 500 years having been assigned by Plowden Presland by RH5/2 by reference to the same description as was contained in RO27/19 the said allotments remained, notwithstanding RH5/2, vested in Plowden Presland for the residue of term of 500 years. whereas: Plowden Presland died 21 October 1837, will dated 26 March 1834 appointed son ii) sole executor and will was proved in Prerogative Court of Canterbury 29 December 1837 now further: ii) at request of iii) and privity of iv) assign to v) - allotments granted to Earl of Upper Ossory at the Enclosure in respect of premises comprised in RO27/19 to hold for residue of term of 500 years in trust to permit said term to attend the freehold signed: i) ii) and Elizabeth Vassall Holland Witnesses: William Aldrich Cotton, Ellesmere, Shropshire William Henry Slaney, 13 Greys Inn Square, London Thomas Davies servant to Mr Presland John Allen, Master at Dulwich College
