    Recites: RO26/19 and /21 and endorsements thereon Lease and Release 29 and 30 October 1736 (recited in RO26/26) RO26/1-18; /27-8, /30 RO31/16(will of Earl of Ossory) RH9/76 and death of Mary Green 1 April 1832; administration with will annexed 18 June 1841 Edward Tanqueray nephew of Mary Green died November 1838 RH8/1 (will of Lord Holland) death of Thomas Green 28 July 1840 and on his death appointment made in will of Mary Green took effect death of Thomas Sandys 1816 July 31 RH9/78-9; /59 (conveyance to Duke of Bedford will of Henry Head 7 February 1727 and death will of Henry Head the son 29 October 1748 and death will of Stephen Jenner 5 November 1754 Mary Jenner survived Stephen the son and died 1810 and was buried at Berkeley, Gloucestershire without proving said will whereas: on purchase by John Earl of Upper Ossory of premises comprised in RO26/17-18 there was executed Assignment by Edward Jenner executor of will of Stephen Jenner the son, of premises comprised in said 2 terms of 1,000 years created by RO26/19 and /21 to Edward Platt in trust for said John Earl of Upper Ossory and by RO26/28 premises are assigned by Edward Platt to Edward Tanqueray if said assignment had been effectual residues of said terms would by conveyances subsequent to last Indenture now have been merged in inheritance of the premises, but said Stephen Jenner the son having died in lifetime of Mary Jenner, premises were not vested in Edward Jenner at time of said Assignment to Platt and therefore were not effectually assigned. Recites: RH9/81 now: i) at request of ii) assigns to iv) - premises assigned to Henry Head by Deed Polls on RO26/19 and /21 for residue of said 2 terms of 1,000 years in trust for iii) to attend the inheritance signed: i) Witness: John Chambers, Tibshelf, Derbyshire
