    i) Wilmer Wilmer of Old Palace Yard, Westminster esquire, administrator of goods of Francis Marquis of Tavistock deceased ii) Right Honourable Elizabeth Vassall Dowager Lady Holland, widow of Henry Richard Vassall Lord Holland Henry Edward Lord Holland Charles Richard Fox, a colonel in Her Majesty’s Army iii) Most Noble Francis Duke of Bedford iv) Thomas Wing of Grays Inn, Middlesex gentleman Recites: RO27/12 and deed polls of 24 March 1753 and 23 March 1765 Endorsed thereon RO27/13-14 Whereas: Deed Poll of 23 March 1765 did not create merger of said residue of term of 1,200 by reason of the said terms of 99 years and 500 years being subsisting terms at execution thereof, but operated as an assignment to Francis Marquis of Tavistock for residue of term of 1,200 years whereas: Marquis of Tavistock died 22 March 1767 Elizabeth Marchioness of Tavistock died 2 November 1768 their issue: Francis who on death of father became Marquis of Tavistock and on death of John Duke of Bedford became Duke of Bedford and is hereinafter called Francis Duke of Bedford, and 2 younger children William and John whereas: John Duke of Bedford died 14 January 1771 Recites: RO27/15 and Recovery in pursuance of same, Easter Term 27 George III Indenture 1 March 1791 Whereas: Francis Duke of Bedford died 2 March 1802 Recites: RO27/19 Enclosure Awards of Ampthill and Houghton Conquest RO31/16 (will of John Earl of Upper Ossory) RH5/2. /7 RH8/1 (will of Lord Holland RH 9/43, /59, /73 now: i) at request of ii) and appointment of iii) assigns to iv) - such part of aforesaid premises comprised in aforesaid Indenture of 6 June last [RH9/59] as are comprised in term of 1,200 years in trust for iii) to attend the inheritance signed: i) Witness: John Chambers, Tibshelf, Derbyshire
