i) Joseph Muckleston of Prescot in Baschurch, Shropshire and Burton on Trent in Staffordshire, esquire ii) Right Honourable Henry Richard Vassal Baron Holland iii) Richard Wellesley of St James Place, City of Westminster, esquire iv) Sir John Dickenson Fowler of Burton on Trent, Staffordshire, knight v) Plowden Presland of Brunswick Square in St Pancras, Middlesex, gentleman vi) Henry Wellesley, gentleman Recites: Lease and Release 17 and 18 April 1804 [RO27/20-1] Will of Earl of Ossory 1817 [RO31/16] NOW: Consideration: £10,000 paid to i) at request of ii) by iii) i) assigns to iii) - principal of £10,000 secured by aforesaid Indentures further: i) by direction of ii) conveys to iii) - all premises in aforesaid Indentures to hold subject to redemption as in aforesaid Indentures whereas: said premises are subject to residue of term of 1,000 years by Indenture 7 February 1728 [RO27/2] which became vested in iv) in trust for i) said premises are also subject to term of 500 years derived out of said term of 1,000 years by Indenture 24 February 1732 [RO27/3] which became vested in v) in trust for i) to attend the inheritance whereas: iii) has requested iv) and v) to assign residues of said terms to Henry Wellesley and William Vizard now: i) at appointment of iii) has asSigned to said Henry Wellesley - aforesaid premises for residue of term of 1,000 years on trusts as below i) at appointment of iii) has asSigned to William Vizard - aforesaid premises for residue of term of 500 years on trusts as below in trust for iii) to attend the inheritance subject to redemption as under 1st recited Indenture Signed: i) – v) Witnesses: Thomas Griffiths, footman to i), Scarlett Lloyd Parry, clerk to Mr Asterley, attorney of Shrewsbury, Seraphin Buonaiuti, Kensington, J Gould, servant to Mr Presland, Charles Currey, clerk to B Currey, Great George Street, John Hawkins, clerk to iv) solicitor, Burton on Trent
