NOW: Consideration: £10,000 paid to i) at request of ii) by iii)
i) assigns to iii)
- principal of £10,000 secured by aforesaid Indentures
further: i) by direction of ii) conveys to iii)
- all premises in aforesaid Indentures
to hold subject to redemption as in aforesaid Indentures
whereas: said premises are subject to residue of term of 1,000 years by Indenture 7 February 1728 [RO27/2] which became vested in iv) in trust for i)
said premises are also subject to term of 500 years derived out of said term of 1,000 years by Indenture 24 February 1732 [RO27/3] which became vested in v) in trust for i) to attend the inheritance
whereas: iii) has requested iv) and v) to assign residues of said terms to Henry Wellesley and William Vizard
now: i) at appointment of iii) has asSigned to said Henry Wellesley
- aforesaid premises for residue of term of 1,000 years on trusts as below
i) at appointment of iii) has asSigned to William Vizard
- aforesaid premises for residue of term of 500 years on trusts as below
in trust for iii) to attend the inheritance subject to redemption as under 1st recited Indenture
