    Bedfordshire {These are to certify that the General Quarter Sessions of the Peace holden at Bedford, in and for the County of Bedford on the seventh day of January in the year of our Lord one thousand nine hundred and fourteen Joseph Baker was in due form of Law convicted on a certain Indictment against him for that he on the twenty fourth day of December 1913 about the hour of five o’clock in the night did burglariously break and enter the dwelling house of Henry William Bedford at Cranfield and did steal therein two pounds of beef two plum puddings, one pound of bacon, six mince pies, one pound of bread, one and a half pounds of margarine, one tin of salmon and one basket of the goods and chattels of the said Henry William Bedford, the said Joseph Baker having been previously convicted of felony. Wherefore the said Joseph Baker was thereupon ordered to be imprisoned and kept to hard labour for eighteen months. Dated the eight day of October one thousand nine hundred and eighteen.
