PURSUANT to the powers vested in me by section 10 (4) (a) of The Prevention of Crime Act 1908, I HEREBY CONSENT to Joseph Baker being charged as a Habitual Criminal in the Bill or Bills of Indictment to be preferred against him at the Bedfordshire Quarter Sessions to be holden at Bedford on the 9th day of October 1918.
