C.59.Sect 10, Subs.4 In this case the Defendant will be indicated at the Quarter Sessions on the 9th prox on a charge of burglary and in addition I have obtained the formal consent of Sir Charles Mathews, director of Public Prosecutions to indict him as an habitual criminal. I accordingly send you herewith copy of the notice of previous convictions etc which I have sent to the Prisoner and also the original consent of the Director of Public Prosecutions.
