THE KING against JOSEPH BAKER Sir, I BEG TO GIVE YOU NOTICE, in pursuance of section 10 (4) of the Prevention of Crime Act, 1908, that it is intended to insert in the Bill or Bills of Indictment to be preferred against Joseph Baker at the Bedfordshire Quarter Sessions, to be holden at Bedford on the 9th day of October 1918, a charge under the said Act against the said Joseph Baker of being a Habitual Criminal.
