    Bedfordshire {These are to certify that at the General Quarter Sessions of the Peace holden at Bedford, in and for the County of Bedford on the sixteenth day of October in the year of our Lord one thousand nine hundred and twelve Joseph Baker was in due form of Law convicted on a certain Indictment against him for that he on the first day of August 1912 did feloniously steal take and carry away one knife and fork, one basin, one spoon, one razor and case, one tea-can, two ounces of tea, one pair of trousers and three keys of the goods and chattels of James Sharman, he the said Joseph Baker having been previously convicted of felony. Wherefore the said Joseph Baker was thereupon to be imprisoned and kept to hard labour for nine months. Dated the eighth day of October one thousand nine hundred and eighteen.
