Arthur Wallace Canderton, 19 years, Labourer. (see appendix QSR1920/1/3/2) Trial Date: Luton County. 1st October, 1920 Offence: Breaking and entering the dwelling of Arthur Prudden and stealing therein certain apples, at Limbury, on 13th October 1920. Stealing the sum of fourpence in coins of the moneys of Arthur Prudden, at Limbury, on 13th October, 1920. 2. Percy Bellamy, 24 years, Fishmonger. Trial Date: Luton Borough. 20th November, 1920 Offence: Obtaining by false pretences, from George Lake, 28lbs. of oats, 28lbs of chaff, and one truss of staw, together of the value of 11s. 3d., with intent to defraud on 29th September, 1920 at Luton. Obtaining by false pretences, from John Lawrence, the sum of five pounds, with intent to defraud, on 9th October, 1920, at Luton. Obtaining by false pretences, from Ada Louisa Lawrence, the sum of two pounds, with intent to defraud, on 11th October, 1920, at Luton. 3. Herbert Quinton, 38 years, Engineer. Trial Date: 18st December, 1920 Offence: Stealing a pair of trousers, value 7s., the property of Harry Allen, at Dunstable, on 17th December, 1920. Stealing a silver watch, value £1.0s.0d, the property of Joseph Humphrey, at Dunstable, 17th December, 1920 Wm.
