Herbert Quinton is charge with the following Offence: - Statement of Offence: -- Larceny, contrary to section 2 of the Larceny Act 1916. First Count Particulars of Offence: - Herbert Quinton on the seventeenth day of December in the year of our Lord one thousand nine hundred and twenty in the County of Bedford stole a watch the property of Joseph Humphrey. Second Count: Herbert Quinton has been previously convicted of felony to wit larceny on the eighteenth day of March 1912 in the High Court of Justiciary held at Edinburgh. Date of Trial: - 5th January 1921 Plea: guilty. Admits P.C Judgment: Five years penal servitude and five years police supervision concurrent on sentence or other indictments.
