    Indictment The King – v- Arthur Wallace Canderton Court of Trial: Bedford shire Quarter Sessions held at Bedford Arthur Wallace Canderton is charged with the following Offences: - First Count. Statement of Offence: - Housebreaking and Larceny, contrary to section 26(1) of the Larceny Act 1916. Particulars of Offence: - Arthur Wallace Canderton on the thirteenth day of October in the year of our Lord One Thousand Nine Hundred and Twenty in the county of Bedford broke and entered the dwelling house of Arthur Prudden and stole six apples the property of the said Arthur Prudden in the said dwelling house. Second Count. Statement of Offence: - Larceny contrary to section 2 of the Larceny Act 1916 Particulars of Offence: - Arthur Wallace Canderton on the Thirteenth day of October in the year of our Lord One Thousand Nine Hundred and Twenty in the County of Bedford stole the sum of four pence in money the property of Arthur Prudden. Date of Trial: - 5th January 1921 Plea: Guilty Judgement: Bound over under the Probation of Offenders Act 1907 in the sum of £10 to come up for judgement if called upon within twelve months.
