    Indictment The King – v – Herbert Quinton Court of Trial: Bedfordshire Quarter Sessions held at Bedford. Herbert Quinton is charged with the following offences: - Statement of Offence: - Larceny contrary to Section 21 of the Larceny Act. 1916. Third Count Particulars of Offence: - Herbert Quinton on the Seventeenth day of December in the year of our Lord One Thousand Nine Hundred and Twenty in the County of Bedford stole a pair of trousers the property of Harry Allen. Second Count: Herbert Quinton has been previously convicted of felony to wit Larceny on the eighteenth day of March 1912 in the High Court of Justiciary held at Edinburgh.
