- Scope and ContentBedfordshire Court of Quarter Sessions I the undersigned Arthur Wallace Canderton acknowledge to owe to our Sovereign Lord the King the sum following, namely Ten Pounds if I (or the said Principal) fail in the Condition hereunder written. Arthur Wallace Canderton. Taken before me this fifth day of January 1921 (signed) H.M. Lindsell Justice of the Peace for the County of Bedford The Condition of the above recognizance is such that if the above bounden principal shall be of good behaviour and shall appear for conviction and sentences when called on at any time during a period of one year from this date before the Court of Quarter Sessions for the County of Bedford, and during the said period shall be under the supervision of the Probation Office of The Luton Petty Session Division and also shall report yourself to such Officer once in every month then the said recognizance shall be void but otherwise shall remain in full force.
