Borough of Luton to wit: I Francis Crawley of Stockwood Luton in the County of Bedford Esquire being the Owner of lands described in the plan hereunto annexed, through which part of a certain Highway lying between the points marked A and B on the said plan is intended to be diverted and turned Do Hereby Consent to the making and continuing such new Highway through my said lands.
