- Scope and Content“B” “A letter and plan was received from Mr Austin on behalf of Mr. Crawley with reference to the diversion of the footpath by the Biscot Windmill. The letter asked the Council to consent to the diversion. It was considered to be a great improvement and on the proposition of Mr Percival seconded by Mr Titmuss it was unanimously decided to approve of the proposed diversion”. We the Chairman and Clerk respectively of the Parish Council of Limbury in the County of Bedford hereby certify that the above is a true copy of the Minute of the said Council passed at a meeting of the said Council on the 15th day of September 1911 as the same is duly recorded in the Minutes of such Council.
