    “D” It was proposed by Mr. Hartop and seconded by Mr. Sear:- “That it is expedient that the public highway in the Parish of Limbury between the points “A” and “D” marked and coloured blue on the plan now produced to the Council and signed by the Chairman and Clerk to the Council should be diverted and turned and in part stopped up and that the Council do consent to such diversion turning and stopping up of such footpath as aforesaid and also that the Council do consent to the new highway to be made in lieu of and in substitution for the said highway so to be diverted turned and stopped up as aforesaid the site of which is shown on the said plan now produced between the points “A” “C” and “D” and is on the said plan coloured pink” CARRIED We the Chairman and Clerk respectively of the Luton Rural District Council in the County of Bedford hereby certify that the above is a true copy of the resolution of the said Council passed at a Meeting of the said Council on the 23rd day of October 1911 as the said is duly recorded in the Minutes of such Council.
