- TitleCounty of Bedford, Division of Luton; on 23rdth October 1911 the Rural District Council of Luton in the county of Bedford on application made by or on behalf of Francis Crawley of Stockwood Luton in the County of Bedford Esquire resolved that Benjamin Belgrove Franklin the Surveyor of and for the Highways of the Rural District of Luton be authorised to give all notices and do all acts and things legally necessary to lead to the stopping up as useless and unnecessary and (in view of the proposed substituted to be made as herein after referred to) diversion of a portion of a certain footpath or public highway situated in the Parish of Limbury in the county of Bedford leading from Biscot Road in a Northerly direction to the Biscot Mill and Biscot.
