- Scope and Content“C” It was proposed by Mr J. E. Upton and seconded by Mr. A E. Pilgrim “That the resolution of the Limbury Parish Council passed on the 15th May day of September 1911 consenting to the diversion and turning and in part stoppage of the public highway in the Parish of Limbury in the County of Bedford as shown between the points “A” and “B” on the plan then and now produced and thereon coloured blue shall be and then same is hereby confirmed”. We the chair and Clerk respectively of the Parish Council of Limbury in the County of Bedford hereby Certify that the above is a true copy of the resolution of the said Council passed at a Meeting of the said Council on the 17th day of November 1911 as the same is duly recorded in the Minutes of such Council.
