Recites: RO28/14-15 Now: i) conveys to ii) -messuage, cottage and farm in Millbrook and Marston formerly in occupation of John Peddar and now in occupation of John Falldor, farmer and lands belonging -messuage and farm with appurtenances in Kitchen End, Pulloxhill in occupation of Joseph Cole, farmer (marginal note that Lord Ongley purchased this part of estate from Richard Edwards in 1812] -closes and lands belonging in occupation of Joseph Cole viz: The Orchard, the Cottage and Yard, the Old House Close (meadow), the Slip (meadow), the Old House Great Ground (meadow), Long Close (meadow), Home Ploughed Field (arable), Calf's Pightle (meadow), Calf's Ground (meadow), Town Pightle (meadow), Long Meadow, House Pasture, Lower Ploughed Field (arable), Upper Ploughed Field (arable), Ley Close (meadow), Brook Furlong (meadow), Bilt Moore Close (meadow), Little Ploughed Field (arable) -messuage and farm with appurtenances in Kempston West End in Kempston late in occupation of George Saunders but now in occupation of Joseph Fasey -closes belonging viz: Lawn's Pasture, Nockins Meadow, Home Close, Old Park, totalling 46 acres 1 rood 5 perches in occupation of Joseph Fasey that ii) may be tenant to the precipe for suffering common recovery to enure as follows: -moiety of premises in Millbrook comprised in RO28/14-15 to Edward Platt for remainder of term of 500 years subject to redemption -said premises after determination of said term and all other aforesaid premises to uses as i) shall appoint Witnesses: Richard Jones of Lefuly Coed [?], W P Poole, attorney, Caernarvon, William Preece, 8 New Inn, London Copy attested by Henry G Rice and J W Griesbach, clerks to Mr Rice, solicitor, 39 Jermyn Street
