    i) Joseph Wakefield, formerly of Lad Lane, London, merchant, now of Waterford, Ireland esquire ii) Richard Edwards esquire of Nanhoran, Caernarvon esquire iii) said Richard Edwards in capacity of administrator of goods etc. of Catherine Wakefield Edwards, his sister deceased Richard Dickinson esquire of Hendon, Middlesex and wife Ann (née Edwards) Jane Edwards of Nanhoran spinster iv) Right Honourable Robert Henley Ongley Lord Ongley of Ireland v) John Harvey of Ickwell Bury, Bedfordshire esquire Recites: RO28/3 whereas: John and Catherine Browning and Timothy and Catherine Edwards are dead Recites: RH9/98 whereas: John Browning Edwards, Ann wife of Richard Dickinson and Jane Edwards attained 21 and became entitled to their respective shares of £2,500 whereas: Richard Edwards, being eldest son obtained surrender from mother of her life estate in premises in Pulloxhill and afterwards suffered Recovery and obtained fee simple and has contracted with iv) for sale of same for £5,250 whereas: John Parry, Richard Ellis and Samuel Dickinson are dead, leaving i) as surviving trustee now: consideration: £2,500 to be paid as follows: £625 to Richard Edwards as administrator of Catherine Wakefield Edwards £625 to Richard and Ann Dickinson as share of said Ann £625 to Jane Edwards £625 to Richard Edwards and Richard Dickinson in trust for Robert Browning Edwards who through infirmity of mind is unable to receive his share himself (they enter bond in £1,250 with iv) to indemnify him for this sum) i) at request of ii) and iii) and nomination of iv) assign to v), and ii) and iii) release and quitclaim to v) - messuage, farm and appurtenances at Kitchen End in Pulloxhill, formerly in occupation William Fisher, then John Best, then Charles Cole, then Joseph Cole farmer and now Sarah Cole widow - several closes arable, meadow and pasture belonging, viz: The Orchard, the Cottage and Yard, the Old House Close (meadow), the Slip (meadow), the Old House Great Ground (meadow), the Long Close (meadow), the Home Ploughed Field (arable), the Calves Pightle (meadow), the Calves Ground (meadow), the Long Meadow (meadow),the House Pasture (pasture), the Lower Ploughed Field (arable), the Upper Ploughed Field (arable), the Ley Close (meadow), the Brook Furlong (meadow), the Biltmoor Close (meadow), Little Ploughed Field (arable). containing together 120 acres in Pulloxhill, in occupation as above to hold to v) for residue of term of 600 years discharged from said sum of £2,500 in trust for iv) and in the meantime in trust to attend the inheritance signed: i) – iv) Witnesses:Thomas Jones, coroner of county of Caernarvon O A Poole attorney, Caernarvon Richard Pope, Notary Public, Waterford George Fire attorney, Waterford Isaac Hindley, Baldock, Hertfordshire Copy attested by Henry E Rice and Matthew Jennings, 39 Jermyn Street
