    i) John Ivory Talbot of Laycock, Wiltshire esquire ii) Right Honourable Charles Lord Bruce Baron of Whorlton, Yorkshire, son and heir apparent of Right Honourable Thomas Earl of Ailesbury iii) Right Honourable Daniel Earl of Winchelsea and Nottingham iv) Most Noble James Duke of Chandos, Right Honourable Henry Bridges esquire, only son of said Duke and commonly called Marquis of Carnarvon and wife Mary, commonly called Marchioness of Carnavon and elder daughter of ii) v) Right Honourable Allen Lord Bathurst Baron of Battlesden in Bedfordshire, Honourable Benjamin Bathurst esquire, his eldest son and heir apparent and wife Elizabeth, younger daughter of ii) vi) Honourable John St John esquire, 2nd son of Right Honourable Henry Lord Viscount St John Baron of Battersea, Surrey, Thomas Osborne of St George the Martyr, Middlesex, gentleman, Henry Arthur Herbert of Ockley Park, Shropshire esquire, John Jeffreys of St George, Hanover Square, Middlesex, gentleman Recites: RO27/2 and subsequent fine and recovery Whereas: John Rolle is dead, i) survives him Whereas: £10,000 portion of the said Mary Princess of Hornes was raised by mortgage of the Yorkshire premises, still due; £4,000 part of £10,000 portion of Mary Marchioness of Carnarvon has been paid to James Duke of Chandos by ii) Now: consideration: £16,000 paid by vi) with consent of ii) viz: £3,000 to James Duke of Chandos by direction of and with consent of Marquis of Carnarvon and wife £3,000 to Allen Lord Bathurst with consent of Duke of Chandos, Benjamin Bathurst and wife in full of portion of said Marchioness £10,000 residue to Allen Lord Bathurst in full of portion of said Elizabeth i) by direction of ii) iii) iv) and v) demises to vi) -aforesaid premises for term of 500 years further: ii) ratifies aforesaid demise repayment by ii) at common dining hall of Inner Temple of £16,800 viz: £400 on 24 August 1733; £16,400 on 24 February following Witnesses: William Snell, John Howell, Henry Lautherbourg, John Brabant Memorandum of agreement relating to interest on aforesaid sum Copy attested by Joseph Wiles Burton and Christopher Haedy junior, clerks to Messrs Browne and Gotobed, 15 Norfolk Street, Strand
