    recites: V454 and V457 whereas: William Pryor has at date previous to these presents borrowed of Robert Crichton further £1,052 now: William Pryor covenants that the recited premises shall stand security for the £1,052 and the £948 paid to John Tharpe in consideration of the recited indenture for further security of above mentioned sums William Pryor demises to Robert Crichton for 500 years -- premises as in V435 (the abbuttals of the closes are given and are as in V435 apart from the following: Thomas Hillier and Roger Farr, now -- Impey and William Farr Roger Row, now William Pryor, party hereto Thomas Keenes and Mathew Woolhead, now William Pryor, party hereto Rebecca Stoughton, now William Pryor, party hereto John Denbigh, now John Hooton Roger Farr, now William Farr Mr. Fossey, now -- Dell, Doctor of Physic all which premises were purchased by William Pryor deceased of George Blundell and John Grainger by V434 and V435. -- premises as in V436 ( Thomas Keenes and Mathew Woolhead now William Pryor) purchased by said William Pryor deceased of said George Blundell and John Grainger -- premises as in V438 purchased by said William Pryor deceased of Stephen Odell and wife Grace all which premises hereby devised are in the occupation of Thomas Keep, William Leaper and Thomas Camb repayment £2,090 (£45 due on 1 May next;£2,045 on 2 November 1744).
