    recites: V454, V457, V458. whereas: repayment mentioned in last recited Indenture was not made, term of Robert Crichton for 1,000 and 500 years became absolute. Robert Crichton has agreed with William Pryor for the absolute purchase of the premises for £3,350 (except Horse Croft in Marston Mortaine 21 acres formerly purchased by said William Pryor deceased from said John Bedcott) to be conveyed to Robert Crichton by Lease and Release date next and next but one after presents and the said several terms assigned to James Buchanan in trust to attend the inheritance. NOW; Robert Crichton at direction of William Pryor assigns to James Buchanan aforesaid premises to hold for the two several terms in trust to attend the inheritance. Remainder of said several terms as far as concerns Horse Croft shall remain as security to Robert Crichton for payment of an annuity of £30 to Mary Pryor spinster of Weston Underwood, Buckinghamshire for life and to indemnify the premises purchased by William Pryor deceased from George Blundell and John Grainger with which the same stands charged.
