Vorley Collection

Purchased from H H G Vorley of Chiswick. His whole collection was the stock of a relation who was a Charing Cross Road book-seller before the Second World War.

As far as possible the collection has been arranged to show how the various estates concerned were built up; the deeds are catalogued in groups which are listed in the order in which the properties they concern entered the main estate.
