    Lease and Release (i) Dame Jane Riddell of Sundon, widow (ii) John Foster of Tong, in Birstal, Yorkshire (iii) John Silvester of Chancery Lane, London, William Cardale of Gray’s Inn, Middlesex gentleman, Frederick William Foster of Town of Bedford, Thomas Plummer late of Billiter Square now of Fen Court, London, merchant. whereas: Dame Jane Riddell being seised of estates hereby granted caused them to be put up to public auction by Messrs. Thomas Skinner and Thomas Dyke on Thursday 21 June last at Garraway’s Coffee House, Change Alley, Cornhill, London, pursuant to public advertisements. Thomas Plummer highest bidder at £5,200 to pay 15% down and sign agreement for payment of remainder before 10 October next; accordingly paid £780 to Messrs.
