    whereas: George Stoughton late of Marston Mortaine deceased by will dated 2 June last [see GA262 for draft] bequeathed to George Blundell and John Granger all his lands in Marston Mortaine and Nether Shelton, Bedfordshire on trust to sell them as soon as possible and discharge his debts and legacies from the proceeds. the debts and legacies amounted to £2,000; personal estate amounted to £350; there remains £1,630 to be raised by the sale of the real estate.
