Scope and Content
'I am a miller in the habits of buying corn I have examined the wheat found by Joseph Sale and also the wheat produced by Mr Pope and stated by him to have been taken from Mr Willis's Farm - they are precisely of the same description - excepting that the one found in the possession of the prisoner is mixed with Barley - I should have conceived both must originally have been taken from the same bulk - the wheat is of a particular kind and such as is seldom grown in this country.'
