    Recites: RO1/112 Deed Poll 18 October 1728 Endorsed on RO1/90 RH9/83, Thomas Coventry survived coexecutor, RH9/84 Peter Peirson survived coexecutor, RH9/85 (joint executrixes appointed by will were Susanna Peirson spinster and Elizabeth Capper wife of Reverend Francis Capper clerk, former alone proved will, latter, who survived her, renounced execution) whereas: Administration with will annexed of Henry Barker deceased, of goods etc. left unadministered has not yet been granted Right Honourable Elizabeth Vassall Dowager Lady Holland Right Honourable Henry Edward Baron Holland Charles Richard Fox are entitled to freehold of said premises (Baron Holland is residing at City of Florence and is acting by attorney William Currey) now: at request of above persons grant to Wilmer Wilmer Administration of goods of Henry Barker left unadministered, as far as concerns the interest of the deceased in aforesaid premises in Millbrook for residue of term of 1,000 years sworn under £50 The deceased died in or after 1740
