    (i) Nathaniel Taylor of Little Hardwick, gentleman brother and heir of James Taylor late of parish of St. Anne Soho, Middlesex yeoman deceased who was son and heir of James Taylor late of Puttock Hardwick in parish of Eynsbury, Huntingdonshire yeoman deceased by Martha his wife also deceased which James Taylor last named was grandson and heir of James Taylor late of Hardwick, yeoman deceased. (ii) Eleanor Lee of Dunstable, spinster. consideration: £600 -- premises as in V171] which were purchased by said James Taylor (great grand-father of the said Nathaniel Taylor) by Indenture of Feoffment 12 April 1671 [V171] and now in the occupation of Abraham Whitson -- cottage with arable land at its east end [as in V172] in the occupation of William Woodward, which premises were purchased by said James Taylor (the great grand-father) from Nathaniel Taylor since deceased by Indenture of Feoffment 10 December 1692 [V172] for 1,000 years repayment £630 . . . £15 on 24 November next . . . £615 on 24 May next discharged from all other grants and mortgages (particularly Indenture of mortgage 26 October 1667 (i) Isaac Bedford and Samuel Bedford (ii) John Skinner of part of the premises for securing £100 with interest) except dower of Mary relict of said James Taylor brother of said Nathaniel Taylor (party hereto).
