    (i) Nathaniel Taylor of Little Hardwick, gentleman brother and heir of James Taylor late of parish of St. Anne Soho, Middlesex yeoman, deceased, who was son and heir of James Taylor late of Puttock Hardwick in parish of Eynsbury, Huntingdonshire yeoman deceased, by Martha his wife also deceased which James Taylor last named was grandson and heir of James Taylor late of Hardwick, yeoman deceased. (ii) Lucy Rolfe spinster one of the daughters of Thomas Rolfe of Warden, gentleman (iii) said Thomas Rolfe, Nicholas Cross of Warden, gentleman consideration: £300 paid to Nathaniel Taylor marriage intended between Nathaniel Taylor and Lucy Rolfe -- premises as in V174 (premises now in the occupation of Richard Crouch) -- all other lands etc. of Nathaniel Taylor in Clifton (except 2 acres in Hoe Field which descended to Nathaniel Taylor on the death of Elizabeth Taylor, widow, his aunt [see V176]) on trusts. . . . discharged from all other grants (etc. as V174) except also Indenture of Mortgage of 24 May last (V174).
