    marriage lately had between William Beaumont and Lucy, previous to which a settlement of certain premises had been made [V166] now: Lucy Taylor and William Beaumont convey to William Rolfe -- premises [A] (now in the occupation of Thomas Page) and [B] as in V174 -- other lands of said Nathaniel Taylor deceased now of Lucy Taylor and William Beaumont in Clifton (except 2 acres arable in Hoe Field, Clifton, late in the occupation of William Pateman, now of John Conquest, which came to said Nathaniel Taylor deceased on the death of his aunt Elizabeth Taylor, widow) on trusts . . . Witnesses: Thomas R. Rayment, William Cox clerk to Mr. Rayment. endorsed: these writings are for Mr. Rolfe Note: The Abstract of these deeds is in the custody of Mr. James Hesse the purchaser of the reversion of the within named estate after Mrs. Taylor’s death Together with the other part of this settlement Lease for a year and Fine.
