Parish of Goldington, Bedfordshire , and the Borough of Bedford. ___________________________________________________ Public Notice is Hereby Given, That on the 30th day of June, 1920, APPLICATION will be made to His Majesty’s Justices of the Peace, assembled at Quarter Sessions, in and for the County of Bedford, at the Shire Hall, in the Borough of Bedford, for an ORDER STOPPING UP as being unnecessary the HIGHWAY which formerly started at or near Newnham Road, in the said Borough, and proceeded in an easterly direction by or near the Public Footpath along the northern bank of the River Ouse there to a point at or near Newnham Bridge. AND FURTHER, that the Certificate of two Justices of the County aforesaid and two Justices of the Borough aforesaid, having viewed the same, and proof given to their satisfaction of the several notices required by the Statute in that behalf having been published, with the Plan of the said Highway, will be lodged with the Clerk of the Peace of the said County on the 15th day of May next.
