QSR1920/3/10/1c Highway Act 1835 Local Government Act 1894 Proposed Stopping up of Highway – Embankment Bedford At a Meeting of the Parish Council of Goldington in the County of Bedford, held this 18th day of March 1920 after due notice being given as to the business to be transacted, and upon proof that public notice was duly given of our resolution of the 14th day of January 1920, in accordance with the Statutory provisions in that behalf. Now we the said Parish Council do hereby confirm our resolution passed at our meeting on the 14th day of January inst. With reference to the proposed stopping up of the highway mentioned in the last named resolution. Dated this 18th day of March 1920. (signed) G .
