Recites: will of Edwin Denbigh 26 March 1719, payment of the £30 but not of the £600 Now: in pursuance of RO2/105 and consideration: £2,389..5s i) convey to ii) -manor of Howend otherwise Readings otherwise Reddings -capital messuage in Howend formerly in occupation of Nicholas Hackett, gentleman then of Edwin Denbigh and now of Samuel Wheeler -3 closes pasture, 60 acres formerly one called Westley or Westey adjoining and belonging to the said messuage :N. one of the common fields of Howend :S. little lane to Millbrook -close of pasture called Calves Close, 13 acres adjoining the said messuage in Howend -close of pasture called Knowles, 20 acres in Millbrook formerly in occupation of William Brooks and afterwards of said Edwin Denbigh : one side, ground late of Edwin Denbigh in Houghton Conquest : other side, close of pasture called Ladyfield otherwise Ladyfields Signatures: i) Witnesses: James Backhouse, Mathew Duane Endorsement: Bigg v.
