i) agree to convey to ii) for £2,400 (to be paid to Crouch and Bigg) -manor of Reddings alias Howend and all other lands etc. late of Edwin Denbigh late of Ampthill, gentleman deceased, in Houghton Conquest and Millbrook, together with the quitrents of the said manor which amount to £8..18s per annum according to the account given by the said Crouch and Bigg free of all incumbrances except the quit-or Crown-rent of £9..13..7 payable in respect of the said manor and the lands belonging and the further sum of £1..10s per annum charges upon other part of the said lands hereby agreed to be conveyed Signatures: i) ii) Witnesses: Mathew Duane, Richard Ward Bigg v.
