- Scope and ContentRecites: RO2/106-107 Whereas: incumbrances and the claims of several persons to the premises mean that a clear title cannot be made out to i) at present Now: it is agreed that i) shall immediately be put in possession of the premises and until a good title can be made, the purchase money is to be laid out in the purchase of Old South Sea Annuity stock in the names of i), ii) and Mathew Duane of Grays Inn, Middlesex on trust to permit ii) to take the profits for the purposes mentioned in the will of Edwin Denbigh deceased. If good title cannot be made then stock to be transferred to i) note: ii) agreed that £112 part of aforessaid sum should be retained by i) in order to pay Sir Rowland Alston, baronet the principal sum of £100 by him advanced to Edward Money, late of Ampthill, gentleman deceased and interest owing so that only £2,277..5s to be laid in purchase of annuities Signatures: i) ii) Witnesses: James Backhouse, Mathew Duane Bigg v.
